Karen did the catering for our 25th wedding anniversary party a couple of weeks ago. She was absolutely fabulous! From my initial email of enquiring about the date to subsequent emails and phone calls, she was always available to talk things over, make suggestions, and was attentive to any changes we requested. On the night, Karen and Paula put together the most fantastic buffet! There wasn't one person who didn't comment on how wonderful it looked, how delicious the food was, and how unique the menu was. I can't praise Karen and Paula enough for all their hard work, prep, and help throughout the night. Thank you so much for helping to make our night so special!

Hi there! I'm Karen, the founder of Bootyful Brownies, and I’ve been cooking for over 40 years. I've always loved working in the kitchen, where my first job was pot washing when I was just fourteen. I loved the “buzz” of the kitchen even at that age, and I still love it now.

I’ve worked in various restaurants around Norwich and Norfolk throughout my career, and have now set up my very own business in Norwich built around my love for making brownies. However, I also offer all types of catering that can be tailored to suit your exact needs. From private dinner parties , wakes, buffets , afternoon teas, to supplying your establishment with cakes, brownies and sweet treats, there is almost no limit to the services in which we can provide.
